We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor health, simply share a photo with us, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Do the plants come with pots?
Yes, all our plants are shipped in high-quality nursery pots. You also have the option to upgrade to our premium decorative ceramic or self-watering planters.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor your green friends' journey in real-time.
