Return Process

  Log into your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return or replace within 7 days of delivery.

  Upload Proof

  To help us understand the issue, please upload clear photos of the damaged plant or product along with the original packaging and invoice.

  Quality Inspection

  Our team of horticulturists will review your request within 24-48 hours to verify the condition and approve the return or replacement.

• 4.
  Resolution

  Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement to your doorstep or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
